I work at the intersection of service design, innovation and digital transformation using design thinking to make great things happen, deliver business value and enable innovative customer centric services and digital products across industries and market segments. As a design-led expert and strategist I help organisations embrace service design and customer journey management, define new digital solutions grounded in end-user insights; to improve customer experience, optimise service setup and deliver innovative digital products and services. Examples include digital banking experience, data analytics solutions powered by advanced data science algorithm enabling informed decisions, customer facing sites and mobile apps, management solutions (digital cockpit) or tourism portals. Across various senior management and consulting roles I was responsible for digital transformation and service design operations; with some example of design-led work and case studies presented below.
